The Japanese-Swedish Antarctic Expedition has now joined at the planned meeting point at 76 degrees S, 26 degrees E. Tonight we are celebrating the success of the expedition and the coming days we will do research and modification of instruments and vehicles for the trip back. The Japanese team plan to leave on December 30 and the Swedish team leaves on December 31.
